My kids are all grown, I've gone back to work, and I'm determined to live a (mostly) refined-sugar-free life. I already eat a very healthy diet (no gluten, some dairy, little red meat, lots of organic fruits and vegetables, nuts, healthy fats), but I've been unable to kick sugar out of my life.
